One of our oldest and dearest clients in NYC asked us to help with a family issue. Their grandkids were multiplying and everyone wanted to visit NYC, but there was not enough space!

As luck would have it, a cute one-bedroom apartment next to theirs became available. Ironically, when the building was built in 1920, this apartment was part of the client’s original home, which we had renovated 16 years earlier. It was deeded in 1960 to a world-renowned archeologist who stored priceless antiques from the Ming Dynasty. Luckily, the priceless vases were donated to a museum and we created a lovely pied-a-terre for their ever-growing family.
